Icon6 b20b help

hello ht...

i have a eg with a b20b with an ls intake manni. the car is all obd1 with the ls ecu.it ran fine for a couple of days and it started haveing an idle issue.right when i turn the car on it idles fine for a couple of seconds then it goes up to 1500 rpm then back down for like a good min. then it just cuts off im also hear a hissing noise from the dizzy area.any input would be great and thank u.oh and no cel codes whats so ever

Have you tried cleaning the iacv?

well when i did the swap it looked brand new and i checked to see if the gasket was there it was but ill being cleaning it in a few days
