Default Hunting idle on morning start up

Got the ran almost running flawless like a champ. In the morning after start up the car idle would jump from 700-1500. IACV and FTIV were cleaned. The problem only happens on the first start up of the day. Car is a 94 Civic EX 4 door with about 180k miles. New fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs, o2 sensor. Any help appreciated. Thanks!

Isn't that normal for a car to do while it is in closed loop?

Any CEL codes? Did you try adjusting the FITV?

Yeah, I made a thread a few weeks ago about the CEL code. But now it's fixed. Replaced o2 sensor and it went away. How do you adjust the FTIV? I removed it to clean along with the IACV when I did a radiator flush but didn't know you could adjust it.

Click the FITV link in my signature. And you can figure out whether the FITV is the problem by doing this:

Also try bleeding the cooling system.
