Default B18C Running bad, smell of gas.

Well for some reason the ground on the transmission was acting weird and it wouldn't let my starter work correctly, i cleaned that off and got everything fixed, and then a few hours later I started it and it started running really, weird, the engine was shaking and idle funny, and it has hesitation and the exhaust sounded completely different. It ran but it had a bunch of hesitation. It finally stopped so i went and bought new dizzy parts, new ngk blue wires, and new ngk plugs. I thought it had fixed it for a while, then i started it today and it was even worse. When I press the gas it revs up very slow and sounds bad. I can smell gas in certain places but I can't see a leak anywhere that is noticeable. Any idea on what this could be? Any help would be great. Thanks

No CEL Codes at all, it starts fine, and everything just the engine shakes terribly. And it runs really bad, there is no smoke that comes out the exhaust. And sometimes it will run fine then sometimes it'll just run really weird.

Does the CEL work?

Is the firing order on the distributor cap wrong?

Yes it works, it comes on when I turn the key, and Ive had a cel on before for a sensor and it was cause i didn't plug the correct plug in. So i know that it works.

And nah it's not, I've checked it multiple times.

3//4
1//2

Is how I have it.

Check whether all four plugs have bright white spark.

Check whether all four injectors spray fuel and the clips are in the correct firing order.

Check the mechanical timing and compression test the cylinders.

Are you using the correct ECU?

Yeah thats how it is, just my dizzy isn't angled like that. But yeah thats how it is, i've changed my plugs and wires to much on mine and friends hondas to where I pretty much know how the plugs go. Could it be the timing or something? Or a fuel leak?

I am starting to think that it's a burnt valve, could that cause what is going on? From what i have read it seems like it could be a valve.

I have done everything that I can do at the moment yes, I do not have the ability to do a compression test at the moment. I can tomorrow and I will. But other than that I have checked everything else. I am using a p28 ecu that is running the type r basemap, I also have another bseries chip that i tried and it didn't change at all it ran just the same afterwards.

Well I tried to do a compression test today and it didn't work at all. The gauge won't build up any pressure at all. I have tried two different testers and neither worked. I can feel the engine pushing air out of the spark plug holes, but i didn't everything, I opended the throttle all the way left all the holes open and tried cranking it a few times. I have tried this on all cylinders..
