Is this welder enough to weld exhaust and body part?

This thing is currently half price:
- Includes 15A plug
- Metal thickness: 20-gauge to 5/32" (1mm to 4 mm)
- Duty cycle: 20% at 88A
- Wire used: MIG 0.024-0.030" or flux-core 0.030-0.035"
I am wondering if this unit is good for a beginner? I'm thinking of making my own custom 3" aluminum catback and maybe charge pipe...
