Pressing on clutch creates tick tick that I hear and feel.
About... 3/4's of the way down, I feel the petal move ever so slightly(as if pressure is lost for 1mm), as a click/tick sound is heard. I then hear it again when I reach the floor with another subtle "vibration".
I've read on another forum that it could be a major issue with clutch, while others say it was the floor-mats and others blame a bad design from Honda that just requires an ample amount of grease... but it won't harm your car.
I turn to the good folks of honda-tech for thoughts and experience.
I can post a video of the noise if that would be assistance.

I had a similar problem with my old setup, As I press the clutch You can feel and hear a click click, After about a week of beating the crap out of it the noise went away. Never found out what it was.
there is a tsb through honda about that. you replace the master cylinder you should be able to look it up on the internet i can get you the exact bulletin number if you need it
It could be just the clevis pin has a wear notch in it, try taking the pin out and putting some grease on it.
I have a used master, off my 06 si if you should need it.
I also have a good slave for anyone who could use it.
my problem was the pressure plate, it was too stiff for my bad leg to push, so I changed it, the pressure plate is also good if anyone needs that.

i had this exact issue. i would push down on the clutch pedal and i would either feel/hear a series of small clicks or right before the pedal was fully depresses it felt like there was a loss of pressure and the only thing i could feel was the click. i took my car to multiple dealers with different explanations of what the problem was. a few dealers said it was due to a lack of grease, the lubed up the cmc and the noise went a way for a few days but was back within a week. the last dealer i took it to said that the cmc wasnt adjusted properly. they said the rod had to pass through a hole in the cmc and that it wasnt going in perfectly straight. the rod was hitting/rubbing up against a wall in the cmc and when the pedal was pushed all the way down that it was clicking into place. idk if that makes sense, but they adjusted the cmc and i havent felt the clicking ever since. its been about 3 months since they fixed the issue.

Alot of people have swapped out the CMC with great success for the EM1 or the Omni. I'm personally running a Centric parts replacement Em1 CMC.
