Well for starters you need to actualy give us some more information...

What engine is it?
Are you DPFI or MPFI?
Are you OBD-0 or OBD-1?
ect, ect, ect...

The more information you give the better we can help you.

I am sorry I am not informed enough to answer those questions. The engine is a 1.5L. I have replaced all the censers, and the distributer. The only thing left on the engine that is not new is the throttle body. The car is running much better now. It does perfect until it warms up and the fans kick on, at that point it starts the choking out mess again. there is a vacuum line that goes in by where the throttle cables connect that if clamped off makes the car run even after it has warmed up but it will not idle below 3k when that is done. Any leads as to where to look from here would be helpful.

have you tried adjusting the idle on throttle body ?

also look on the front of your engine and tell us if it says its a d15 . it most likely is a d15 but on the engine it will say d15y7 or d15y8 for example . the type of motor is also printed on your cam gear cover on a sticker on the right side of the engine .

any pictures ? videos help better if you can up one to youtube

We have adjusted the idle with no luck. The numbers on the engine are (D15B1043526) and the ones on the cam gear cover are (NGKBCP6E-11)

Kid we get it, you are desperate to up your post count... but you are saying stuff that is just going to get the OP confused and misguided. Also a D15Y7/8 eh? Mildly entertaining...

OP - there are multiple vacuum lines going to the intake manifold. Your description of this insanity is horrible... I understand you obviously have no clue about engines and probably shouldn't be messing around under the hood, but for us to help you, you NEED to describe things to us. Unless you post pictures or a video as mentioned before, what you are describing is all too over the place to be of service.

One of the most helpful things you could do is let us know if you are Multiple-Port of Dual Point Fuel Injection. I assume Dual Point... You say timing is good, fuel pressure is good, and all sensors and the distributor was replaced... there isn't much more going on. The throttle position sensor could be a possibility, but you say it runs fine until the fans kick on. Which makes no sense... unless the added electrical load is causing problems or something of the sort.

I have done a lot of reading on the TPS and it sounds like it is out of calibration. I am going to check that and reply with the results.
