I would look into some S2S2 tuner series cams or the Buddy Club Spec 3 Plus.

I would also look into a better EMS.

EMS is not necessary. Running a factory ECU with a chip program is just fine especially with your goals. Crome will do. Looks like a nice setup, but id look into some cams. Anything other than OEM cams will do your build tons of justice.

Crome is fine but Neptune or Hondata s300 would be more ideal.

he can do more with spending that cash on other stuff

so what you're trying to say is you have the setup you described and want 200whp and have 2500 to spend. or you don't have anything and this is your plan to spend your 2500?

Crome is fine for that setup. 3inch exhaust is more "free" power, but i understand the dd part and being loud. And anything around 185-190whp NA is definitely fun in a slightly lightened chassis..! Cams slightly larger than ITRs could get you to 200whp on that setup with a 2.5" exhaust, im almost sure of that.

I wouldn't get so set on a whp goal....dyno's can either be heartbreakers or fat-head makers. My buddies ITR dyno'd at 198whp and 131tq and is slower than my car that dyno'd at 177whp 124tq. He was on a dynapak open header and I was on a dyno dynamics which read on average 5-7% lower with full cat-back (apexi ws2). Opened up my car makes right at 187whp and 126tq. Havent been down the 1320 recently. Set an ET and MPH goal...more fun to chase and more measurable realistically. Looks like a very nice build though, similar to mine.
I would have definately picked up the edelbrock performer intake and a portmatched TB over the blox piece...I would almost bet 8-10whp gain with a proper tune. That is my next upgrade.

Very true about the dynos.. All of the dynojets in my area read within 3-4whp of eachother.. So im lucky there. But so right about dyno numbers, and especially when you get to comparing mustang dynos to dynapacks etc, numbers will be very scued.. Just knowing the weight of your car, and what gearing your using and then just running it down the 1320 can tell you alot. And i like that part about a Gutted interior integra OP

oh im set on the goal but i dont have to reach it like i said above it i can ripp it hard and i love everminute of it the whp does not make one diffrence to me its all about the feel of the car actions speak louder then words people can say they made 200whp but most of them never use it my car will be driven everyday and taken to the track often so i want it to last and be fun to drive i think i acheived my goal also i switched back to my gsr head and am building that with my skunk 2 manifold i will get a performer x eventually its just not in the budget rite now school starts in 2 weeks so i gotta have it together
