Recently changed shift cable. Believed It all started after replacing. Windows dont work unless I turn on heater and turn key forward. Speedometer tachometer gas gauge door ajar other related lights In Instrument panel dont work. What works In panels Is dimmer light shifting area lights. I had a burnt out fuse for signals replaced started car gas panel lights and tachometer door ajar worked. Put the car In gear tachometer and all other panel lights still worked. Turned off car tried again never worked. Pulled fuses tried again this time tachometer was working and no others as mentioned above put car In gear tachometer stopped working. At no point during or after did speedometer work. Checked all fuses again appears to be fine. First time Honda owner help me out lol.
