Alot more than normal compared to what? My shifter vibrates tons more than the shifter in my old car (89 Camry), because Integras have solid linkages while the Camry had a cable linkage (Camry shifter did not vibrate at all).
Mine started to vibrate hella more when I put prothane bushings on it. I asked if that was normal with stiffer bushings and people said "yes"...so I took one of them off (rear one). At redline shifts I was barely able to hold to the dam thing!
It rattles alot less now at redline shifts, but its still there
If it wasn't such a pain to get the other one off, I'd get it too...but it sucked getting it in, so I'm sure it'll suck getting it out. Just too lazy to deal with it right now!
Just my .05 worth

yeah i think its deffinately related to the direct linkage. You get a better connected feel but with that comes more vibration. I got a ton more when i installed a short shifter with poly bushings and an ITR ****. Mine vibrates even more now with my N1 exhaust.
yea.. the owner before mine took the linkage out and my shifter vibrator alot at higher speeds.. the dealer put one in for me for free.. about 20.00 if it wasn;t free... and doesn't vibrate no more...
from what i heard.. people take the linkage out for agressive shifting, with the linkage though u can feel the gears better... i liked the shifting though without the linkage...

I've had two G3 integras and i've driven around 4/5 others and never noticed any vibration in any of them. Mine is a solid at high rpm as it is at idle/stopped!
