Default b16a head, gsr block, any obd conflicts?

I would like to get a gsr block for my first gen b16 head that is non-obd. Does it matter if I get an obd1 or obd2 block? or will I have problems doing this in the first place? Can I run my stock ecu (I'm talking about sensors, not fuel)? Or should I use zdyne? I searched and found good info on the perfromance of this combe, but not any electrical issues.

nope, should run just fine. you will be able to use the same wiring and just plug it right up.

your ECU might throw an o2 code but highly doubt it...chipping it will solve the problem.

thanks. I am just a little unfamiliar with where and what sensors lie on the back of the motor. I was also wondering if the oil squirters mattered, since they are supposedly different in the first gen.
