Default timing belt install with supertechs 70lbs??

ive done many oem timing belts on b series and their piece of cakes...but on my allmotor with bciv cams and supertech springs i havent been able to get it..when ever i get them to line up right they end up too loose...

i even have a tool to hold camgears together and i just cant get it right....after like more than 5 hours of trying...this is for lsvtec if it matters...
