Default lude auto-x'ers

Hello everyone,

i just joined honda-tech. seems like a nice place.

just wanted to know if there are lots of luder auto-x'ers. if you have adjustable shocks..... what settings do you run on?

i have agx and i run 3 in front and 4 in rear during auto x. and 2 all around for daily driving. and it's lowered with prokit.

I love auto-X !!

As for my shock setting I run about 90% full stiff in the back, and 75% in the front.

I auto X. But I haven't figured out an ideal setting for my AGX, Tanabe Super H, Neuspeed upper front strut bar, and ST anti-sway bars. I just figure to keep it on 4 all the way around.

I've done it a couple of times.

I have Neuspeed Sports and AGX's also and have them on 4 all around. This was b4 my rear STB plus my ST rear sway bar.

I run STS on Tanabe SuperH springs over Koni Sport adjustable dampers. I run the Konis at about 1 turn from soft in the front, and 1 1/2 turns from soft in the back. I've never really done much tuning or trial and error to come up with those settings. The car just felt very neutral with those damper settings, and I got used to the feel. So I stuck with them. I also run at least 5psi higher tire pressure in the rear to make it easier to rotate. I'm on stock swaybars.

Well if you're asking what Auto X the phrase is then I'll tell the "X" after Auto mean cross so Auto Cross=AutoX
Auto Cross in general means; and course of cone are set up in a large parking lot and the driver is to navigate his way through the course. The course can consist of salmons, tight corners, ect.
here's a pic of the course I just raced.

And here's one of the huge parking lot.
