I went to test my fuel pressure regulator so I pinched the line, car died, went to start it back up and nothing. solid check engine light, The ecu wont let me read the code. the fuel pump does NOT turn on. I know because its a walbro 255 and you can hear it. Car doesnt even attempt to crank or anything

 

ok the car does turn over but it wont fire, the fuel pump is not turning on and I have a solid check engine light that wont go off.

 

Sounds like a fried ecu (solid CEL) and no nothing.

 

Just fixed it. It was the fuse called - alternator sol. . It was blown. I replaced the fuse and the pump turned on and it fired right up. Thanks for the reply though man, this can be closed
