What's the advantage OBD1 and CTR N1 pulley??
1. Why people spending money convert OBD0>>OBD01??
What's the advantage?
2. Do you guys recommand CTR N1 Crank Pulley or should I machine the stock and re-balance.

good question...i'm wondering the same too...anyone know? as far as the N1 pulley, arent they simply lighter than the stock pulley? anyone want to confirm this?
Most of the people doing the OBD0 to OBDI conversions have sohc vtecs in their CRX or EF. Running the stock Si computer (OBD0) with a Vtec controller works well, but here are some "potential" advantages in using the OBDI p28 ECU
1) proper fuel and timing maps for Vtec
2) higher fuel-cut, 7500rpms (vs 7200rpms)
3) control of Vtec depending on engine temperature
4) disengagement of Vtec at a different rpm than engagement
5) monitoring of oil pressure when Vtec has been engaged
After saying this, I am not sure how much of a difference the OBDI conversion is going to make. I am making an effort to make my conversion "plug-and-play" so that I can swap the ECU/Distributor/O2 sensor during successive dyno pulls. This way I can find out if it is truly worth it or not.

the N1 pulley doesnt come balanced just so u know.....and obd1 can be used to run a z6 p28 ecu or a pr4 ecu to run a b18a/b instead of rgging something up
I'm going to be converting to OBD1 so I can run the ECU that came with the Bseries engine I get, and so I can run a Hondata shortly thereafter.
