Default 2001 Honda Civic sputters and all the lights din

My 2001 Honda Civic is starting to sputter while im driving, and all of the lights wil dim at the same time. The head lights, the dash lights, and the dome light if its on. Then after a few minutes it will stop. Sometimes it will go on for a half hour, sometimes it will last for 10 minutes. Any clue? Thanks everyone.

Is the battery light is on? It probably be a lose wire or a weak battery I say. Go to autozone and test out the battery volt meter. If the car not on, the volt should be at 12.5 if it running the volt should be 14+

Let the car run and check the volt meter. Then turn the headlight on and fan on. If it drop below 12v I think the battery is going bad.
