Not sure what it is.... but im wondering if it's the cause of my car over heating.

Also I'm wondering if perhaps my ECT sensor is my problem. (thats located under the dizzy correct?) How do I go about checking if that's bad?

Does that mean that my vtec isn't engaging? Also could that be making my car over heat?

Why would a VTEC pressure switch not being installed cause you car to overheat? Have you diagnosed anything pertaining to the cooling system itself? Radiator? Thermostat?

That wasn't my doing. I bought the car in this condition. My question is could that effect it? It isn't he rad it was presure tested. Thermo checks out because I removed it to make sure that wasn't the case. No coolent in my oil and a compression test showed 135, 130, 145, 140. Which is about normal with eagle rod/vitara piston combo (7:5:1 compression)

Maybe you're not understanding my statement. The VTEC pressure switch has nothing to do with the cooling system.

You're boosted? You really should provide all this info up front, like, in the first post. Possibly your rad is not up to the task or you have insufficient airflow. What did the previous owner say about the overheating and pressure switch?
