Default IACV housing air leak causing high idle???

If my IACV has a small pinhole air leak on its electrical connector housing, can it cause my idle to go high as 2000rpm??? I used a spray bottle with soap water and it was bubbling like crazy on the connector housing and I found a (small) leak!

You cannot even hear the leak because its sooo small but it sure blows bubbles lol. I was wondering if some jb weld epoxy around the housing would fix it? What do you guys think?
