ek front end on my eg...how hard what do i need
i have a 95 hatch and im wondering what im gonna need, i have good eg fenders and 97 fenders, 97 headlights ,99 si bumper...will this fit with the 97 headlights? what else is involver for doin the conversion besides mending the fenders...do i need the radiator support? and does anyone have pics of this done
thanx for the help
i don't think the headlights will fit, i know they wont with a 96-98 hood. Why not buy an ek? To me the conversion never quite looks right. Just my opinion.

If you're gonna convert anything why don't you be the first person to put an ek hatch on an eg... Then there's a purpose for the conversion...
Never done any but I'd assume you'd need bumper, fenders, hood, lights, and lost and LOST of bondo, not to mention prolly a lot of custom fabrication since it doesn't exactly bolt up...

99-00 headlights, hood, bumper, and fenders are all different than that of a 96-98.
You will need all of the above from either a 99-00 or 96-98 plus the radiator core support from the same model. Replace the core support and mate the front half of the EK fenders to the back half of the EG. That's about it except its a little more complicated than I have made it sound. You could just go for **** with a body hammer and some bondo but if you're going to do it you may as well do it right.

please do not do it...realize how sacraligious it would be to put an ek front end onto an eg. but hey, it's your money.
im sorry i was gonna **** people off by asking about it, thanx for the help for those who did, i might do a 95 integra front end on my eg cause im buying one thats hit it the rear...its a special edition if there anyone out there who want to buy some grey leather or a ls motor with a act clutch
Been done tons of times before. Looks weird, but not too bad. Not an easy conversion to do properly. See below for looks for the good and the bad.

im not sure that it will fit. i know that del sol front ends fit on eg's with mods and that an ek will fit on a sol with mods. i think the most problems you wil face is with the fender lining up with the door and radiator support. if you choose to then good luck, otherwise you have a good platform and it should remain an eg.
IMO a JDM integra type-r front end looks mint! i really don't like USDM teg front ends. too long. i saw one at e-town last weekend. poo
but the ek conversion MIGHT look good. but i'd stay JDM w0o
