Ok so I'm trying to smog an 85 Accord with stock carb (3 bbl i think??) anyways its failing in the hydrocarbons. but co co2 is all good. Smells rich at idle and sometimes blips and a slight misfire. just a small cough here and there. somtimes worse than others. any ideas.

also where can I find the mixture screw??
