as in the front core/ rad support

or

the part where the vin is located on the back of the engine bay(firewall).

Both can be done.

Spot weld drill bit are your friends in both theories.

Issue is rear firewall is your looking at about 150+ spot welds plus removing all the seam sealer.

I'm doing that on my rhd conversion.

If you have to ask it's above your skill level. Of course it's simple and easy to do; as with everything it just takes time...

well... i'll agree.... it isn't hard.... and there isn't really tips or pointers to give.... it's just work. work that won't get done unless you work on it.

As far as if it is possible or not, well, there are many people that have done it.

get yourself a spot drill bit.

Will make it really easy.

you can pick them up.

just be careful to only drill through one sheet not both.
