Default EG parts Interchangeable???

If I sell my LS400 today, I'm gonna go pick up a 93 Si. But I was wondering if parts are interchangeable? We have a 95 VX Vtec-E just sitting in our garage and I want to know if I use the water pump from the VX, will it work fine on the Si because the Si's waterpump just started to leak yesterday.

If it sat for a while you may just want to buy a new anyway, they tend to dry out and start leaking if they've been sitting for a long time.

True. It is better off to just replace it if the other car has been sitting for quite some time..
