Default New brakes for s2k

hi guys, i need to upgrade my cheap autozone brakes (previous owner installed) after a track day event. the duralast brakes were horrible, it took me out of the whole track day, i couldnt push the car due to brake fade. i was looking for a replacement and came up with these Hawk HP plus for autox/track. would these be ok for a daily driver s2k and once a month track day?

The hawk HP+ is a good crossover pad. I like the Ferrodo DS2500's as well.

I would stick to using Autozone rotors though. Nice and cheap.

as someone who just saw his friends s2000 get totaled after an overtightened wheel at discount tire caused the stock s2000 rear rotor to fail and basically steer the car into a k rail I highly recommend you at least buy decent rotors.

I really like the solid brembo cryo treated replacements - for pads the autozone ceramic gold are fine, motul brake fluid and if your bored some stainless lines will improve the endurance of them a bit.
