Post B18C1 EG hatch Choking during acceleration.

I have a 95 si hatch with USDM B18C1 Gsr with blox tuner spec A cams, skunk2 intake manifold, P28 chipped on chrome with GSR basemap, password jdm carbon fiber intake, and a C west voltage stabilizer on the battery. I bought the car 2 months ago and found out the last owner had obd0 injectors with no resistor box, and was running 20 amp fuse on the fuse block for the ecu. I changed the injectors to obd1 and put the normal 15 amp fuse in the fuse box for the ecu. I had the ecu rechipped with same basemap on a sst chrome chip and everything works fine. Come to find out he deleted the pcv valve and oil seperator box on the back of the block and plugged the holes they go into. The motor has 2 fittings tapped on the back of the block for a oil catch can. He used a heater hose and bypassed the 2 fittings together creating a whole lot of blowby back pressure. I fixed that and bought a oil catch can. Now the car chokes during acceleration after it's fully warmed up. I also replaced the cap, rotor, plugs, wires and fuel filter. still has the issue. anybody have any idea what it could be?
