1997 2.2 5sp cooling fans questrion

1997 2.2 5sp cooling fans questrion
i have one question that i could not get answered thru searching the internet or forum. Are both fans supposed to run after car is off? i have replaced the following on my coolant system:
replaced radiator fan
thermostat
sensor in the back by thermostat
sensor in the front near top radiator hose
radiator cap
my car fan (radiator fan only) runs for 10-15 mins after car is off, i know this is normal but isnt the condensor fan (a/c) fan supposed to run as well to help cool the engine? My a/c dosnt work btw mechanic said my compressor wire was bad and compressor wasnt getting power.
