Thread titles MUST summarize the tech problem (be topic specific) so that members browsing titles can understand the problem without reading the post. Title edited.

Check whether fuse 44 or 13 is blown.

Use a multimeter to check whether terminals 2 and 5 of the main relay plug get voltage from fuse 44 and 13.

You need to have the key in ON(II) when you test for voltage at terminal 5. If you did that, check whether fuse 13 has voltage to body ground at both top test tabs. Click the Test Fuses link in my signature.

Please remind me what you found. What tests did you do and what were the results?

Is 40A hood fuse 42 or 46 blown? Does voltage reach the ignition switch from the battery?
