the car is a 95 accord lx manual transmission with a 4 cylinder.
alternator and starter work, have spark in all the plugs, getting fuel as far as the fuel rail not sure about injectors because i dont know how to check them. cleaned the distributor points and throttle body. air filter is clean. battery isnt too old and holds charge. all fuses and relays are good.
when i try to start it it will turn over but nothing happens and it will not jump start or push start.
dont know anyone who has an OBD 1 fault code reader.

Turn the key to on....does the CEL come on and go off, when t goes off you should hear the main relay click.
Check for spark at the plug?
Is the cam turning? You can pull the upper cover, or dist cap and make sure the cam is turning.
A few to start with.

A quick test to weed out whether it's fuel or spark is to buy a can of starter fluid, spray a 1 sec. blast into the air cleaner snorkel, try to start it.
If it starts then dies, problem is fuel.
If it doesn't start, problem is spark.

different angle so you can see the engine hopping around.

videos dont help at all. you need to figure out if its fuel or spark. you said you have spark. pull out a plug and see if its wet or do what theyve all said. starter fluid etc.
if its none of the above, then youre timing is off, or your plug wires are crossed. it helps to know how to fix a car before you start to fix it.
and if its not that you have no compression and ill buy your shell for cheap grade a USD AA+ legal tender.

problem solved.
seems the the guy who was helping with it mixed up the spark plug wires on the distributor cap, switched them around and it started right up.
thanks for the advice

Try replacing the ignition module right under the distributor I worked on mine for 5 days and replaced the fuel pump, main relay, and throttle sensor and those were all still good it turned out to be the ignition module under the distributor it runs greatnow
