Default Best spring rates for my daily driven b20vtec hatch??

What is a good setup to go with as far as spring rates goes? Ive got a 92' dx hatch, kyb agx struts, z10 radius rods, and typeR lsd. My motor is a built, high compression b20vtec. Right now, ive got some crappy no-name brand coilovers. I have decided its time to upgrade to a set of ground controls. But im stuck on what spring rates to get for front and rear. Basically, I want what will give me the best times on the track, keep in mind i drive this car every day, so i dont want it to be unsafe, but I dont really mind if its a harsh ride, as long as it doesnt totally mess up my handling. My friend is running 400ft and 500rr in his 12sec crx. I know that my car is heavier, and i see many people on this messege board with stiffer springs than 500 in the rear, so i thought i would see what you guys recommend for me. Thanks for any suggestions!!
