Just wet sand them with high grit sand paper. I did that to mine and they look 100% new. Just make sure you wax em afterwards...

Wet sand them and then use a random orbital with Meguiars/Mothers plastic polish to buff them out.

Ballin doesn't mean you overpay for everything.

SIRIUS did a great walk through for wet sending OE headlghts.

yeah you can wet sand em with 1800 grits or 2000 to not to damage it and wax em with plastix or use the turtle wax headlight restorer they cost about 7 bucks and dont forget the sealer or something like after you finish waxing them that will cure your headlights within 24 hours if not your Headlights will turn back yellow in a couple of months ( i will try to post the pics of all the stuff you need)

so yeah instead of buying yourself a 300 headlight unit restoring is a better option to save money plus if your driving a 02-03 model you have to refabricate the wirings for the bulbs cause its diff for the 05 models

I've removed the yellow film from headlights before, and granted I do park in a garage, the film hasn't appeared again since I did that YEARS ago.

My secret? Wash the car regularly. Make sure you clean the headlights. None of our cars in this household have had a problem with that schedule. We currently have two (had another one) with plastic headlights. All Hondas.
