Default engine wire harness questions

Ok guys I have a question about wire harnesses.
The wire harness I got with my car was cut up and hacked up so I decided to get a new one.
I have a 1998 Honda civic ex. The Ecu is a p2p Ecu and it has the slots for plugs.
The engine wire harness that was in the carer has three plugs to plug into the Ecu.
the engine wire harness I bought only has two plugs that plug into the Ecu and the plug for the distributer is different. But it has a plug for a knock sensor which leads me to believe its obd2. My question is what harness is this.
Thanks in advance I can also post pictures if needed.

No the eg Civics have 3 plugs for the ECU and besides they are very distinct as they have a two piece harness that connects at the shock tower. The 96-00 Civics have a one piece design. Plus the Si in the EG doesn't have a knock sensor. Sounds like you got a 99-00 EX/Si harness. The 3rd ECU plug on the 99-00 EX/Si was built into the car harness and had wiring for secondary O2 and some other items. Here's a pic
