Default fender rubbing on rear pass side only

hello all. i've installed tein s-tech springs and koni yellows on my 2000 accord coupe. since installation, at random times, the passenger side rear wheel is rubbing, i assume on the fender. anyone had any experience with this or heard of this? i've pulled all four wheels and everything appears fine. i've re-tightened everything and the top nut on the shock is as tight as it can be. and both rear wheels are set on the top(out of 3) perch settings on the koni shock. it also looks as if this one wheel is sitting lower than it's opposite wheel on the driver's side, by looking at the gap. any suggestions or input??
