Default after installing skunk 2 74mm tb and fuel rail

im posting this for my cuzzo.....
ok so my cuzzo installed a skunk 2 74mm tb and fuel rail and after he noticed that the vtec is now cracking at 5500 rpm and when it use to hit at 5000 rpm.also his idealing now at 1000 when it should be at 1500 rpm.now heres my ? is that normal.........

I would think 1000 rpm is more normal.bruh

What mods?
What ecu?

sorry about that car is an 06 rsx type s...as mods it only has cai and the 74mm tb skun2 fuel rail.....

Thought a 1000 sounds more normal than 1500, and unless theres nothing that can be programmed the vtec shouldnt change, unless the throttle body sticking but havent seen it just do it at crossover
