F23a5 Vtec oil passage

F23a5 Vtec oil passage
Does the f23a5 have the Vtec oil passage made in the block like the rest of the f23's. I know it's non Vtec but I thought it just had a plug below the head.

I see where guys run this block with h22 heads but I just wanna make sure. I just had surgery so I'm not allowed to tear the head off of it as per docs orders. Plus I'm just too damn sore to do so.
