Selling my 1998 DC2 Integra with custom build B20/VTEC setup. Please read the entire ad to get an idea of what is included. I bought the chassis from the original owner. The B20/VTEC has 18k all highway miles with zero problems. I drive the car 110 miles a day for work so mileage may vary slightly. The interior is very clean, the exterior overall is nice, there are normal nicks on the non-repainted sections, but nothing large and no dents. I have a set of hardrace rear trailing arm bushings That I will throw in. I bought them but have not installed them yet.
I'm selling it to get a gen1 Insight. I don't get to drive it on the weekends due to family stuff so it's just not a good fit anymore.
Here are the Mods, in no particular order:
Engine:
Engine assembled by me - Honda master mechanic with over 10 years experience
225HP at wheels - Tuned by Dynospot racing. Pulls smooth and hard all the way to fuel cut
84.5mm bore B20 block, Endyn posted, GSR main caps & girdle, Line bored by Golden Eagle, RS machine pistons, Eagle rods, balanced crankshaft Endyn oil adapter for VTEC functionality
Endyn/DHPS brand new head casting with medium port & polish (custom 84mm port). Oversized flat face valves, Skunk2 Pro 2 cams & valve springs, golden eagle head gasket. Prospec locking adjustable cam gears (won't slip). Super strong timing belt. Engine properly degreed for valve to valve and valve to piston clearances.
11.3:1 static CR
Hondata S100 ECU, Hondata IM gasket, valve cover has shaved with black OEM style wrinkle paint and two -12AN PCV baffled breather ports, Full aluminium baffled catch can setup. J&S knock retard with dual monitor (A/F ratio). Autometer mechanical oil pressure gauge.
RSX-S Injectors and custom Rosko racing fuel rail
All new oem components - oil pump, water pump, seals, plugs, cap, rotor, wires, hoses, etc
AEBS intake manifold ported to match head and 70mm TB. 70MM TB ported on intake side to reduce turbulence. AEM SRI with BPI velocity stack and matching filter
RMF replica exhaust manifold with custom matched 3" exhaust - 3 resonators and chambered 3" muffler. Low tone - not loud or buzzy
AEM under drive pulley on PS system
Ice cold AC
Transmission:
GSR transmission with ITR LSD & LS 5th gear. Get's 27mpg on highway. New OEM 3-4 syncro set and bearings (all). Zero grinds shifts like new. 12lb flywheel, ACT heavy duty clutch plate and full face street clutch. Grabs hard but daily driver friendly.
Suspension:
OEM US ITR suspension. Shocks were bought new from Acura - only 20K miles on them. ITR front and rear sway bars. New brakes front & rear. ITR replica 15"x7" wheels with new Potenza tires - again only 20k miles on them.
Chassis:
1998 Integra DC2 GSR chassis
Cypress Green with tan leather interior
Leather OEM RSX steering wheels conversion (with cruise & SRS functions)
ITR front lip
OEM JDM window visors
Color matched side trim
Doors, fenders, front bumper and roof all just repainted in last 12 months
Clean title - registered in smog friendly state
170k miles on chassis
Roof professionally replaced with 1997 Integra Type R roof - more headroom and less weight
Custom alarm system with 40+ hour installation. Multi siren setup makes car very loud. Two way remote with keyless entry. Door key holes removed. Interior and exterior door locks disconnected to prevent forced entry. Manual backup system in place. Remote windows down option added.
Custom Pioneer stereo with Ipod jack, aux jack and Alpine speakers all around.
Paint in good condition, normal small scuffs here and there - no dents anywhere
Privacy glass window tint all around
OEM floor mats, OEM truck mat
Buyer would be responsible for smog. Asking $8,000. Pretty firm no tire kickers please. Have receipts for over $16k invested.
