what i did is took my battery to pep boys after myswap and asked for a new battery fo my car they brought out a battery for it that was like 3/4 the size of the old battery so i guess its light weight compared to the old one?

it works fine no problems

I'm running the PC 625 and have had NO problems what-so-ever. Even one of the kids left the door slightly ajar (interior light on) overnight and it started right up the next morning

BTW I bought it for $57 from http://www.batteries4everything.com

I'm using a Hawker Energy G16EP battery (same as Odyssey PC680 and Dynabatt) with no problems. I charge it with a BatteryTender 6amp charger made for those batteries.

SLPR: How often do you recharge the battery? Can you not use the alternator with this battery? Me is confused!

Here is what I used for my batery relocation with a Hawker Energy battery:

Hawker Energy battery terminal adapters

http://www.batterymart.com

Cable relocation kit
http://www.jegs.com/photos/76440100.jpg
Painless wiring kit - bought from Jeg's

Master battery cut off switch
http://www.magnumforceracing.com/sto...omboswitch.jpg
bought direct from Flaming River - same price as retail anywhere else

Battery hold down box - I had to make my own but similar to this one
http://www.jegs.com/photos/026acbm.jpg
free AL materials and machine time

Others:
200 amp circuit breaker
distribution block
and various connectors

I mounted this battery in the rear hatch to make room for other components (??) and I was bored looking for a new project. I use it on a daily driven Civic with an alternator. I have not had to charge it since I first put it in (just to make sure it was fully charged).
I was originally worried about cold weather use with a battery like this...I have not had any experience yet. Ask me after this winter is over.
Once I get some photos together I'll try to post up my full setup including the battery hold down and what ever other info I may have to help the next guy out.
