I don't understand why the h22 is cheaper but more powerful?

Compared to your typical gsr?

Another thing, the 1997 ek has the d16y7 in it, what exact things would need to be done to it to fit an h22 besides the obvious mounts and axles? If I remember correctly 5th gen preludes are 5 lug, but does that mean I have to convert to 5 lug?
Sorry if I overposted, I tried using the search feature and all I got was some guys d16z build making 400 hp, thanks in advance for any advice or info reguarding pros/cons and information reguarding putting it in.
