2002 EP3 gauge cluster fuser keeps blowing

2002 EP3 gauge cluster fuser keeps blowing
So I am a new ep3 owner as of today and I'm having an electrical problem.
The gauge cluster fuse (#10, 7.5 amp "meter" fuse) keeps blowing. It first happened when I plugged in my iPhone/iPod charger into the 12v outlet and connected to my phone. After that, it seems to have something to do with the lights being on (6000k hid's), and/or putting the car in reverse.
Anyone have any ideas?
