Make sure flood coverage for your car. I hope all you LA boys do ok. The boys in Houston are lucky enough to be out of harms way for now...

Motel 6 can't be more than $39.95 a night. it's a;ways better to be safe than sorry. When is Lili supposed to hit anyway? Tommorrow night?
sorry to hear Jordo. I've been following this Lili since last week. Thought it was coming our way, but we have the jet stream pulling down from the panhandle and the winds are going towards and northeastern flow. Projections were made to move farther north than northwest (which is houston). expected landfall for tomm. and it should me quickly.
Try to park in a multi-story parking garage, like near busniess or hosptial. That would be a safe bet if part of you house gets submerged.
Good Luck Jordo. Prayers for you and the surrounding native LA people

My old Accord got owned by Hurricane Floyd - 2 direct hits by tree branches left several dings. And this was 100 miles inland.
on another note...lets take the AEM CAI out of the car for a couple days eh?

This could be the perfect time to test out those bypass valves
Everyone be please take caution. After going thru Hurricane Andrew in Miami...man, those are no joke...my cousins house was completely trashed, no roof nothing. They where all under a mattress in a room with no windows...had they been in any of the bed rooms someone could have been killed or hurt badly. So listen to your weather / news advisors and take heed to what they say.
After seeing the rath of a Hurricane its no wonder why my favorite college chose that as their school name/mascot
Hope everyone is safe.
