$91.67 per month with my dad as primary driver.

I'm listed as primary driver of a 1996 4Runner and that's $200 per month.

I was just looking around for my ITR NJ. I got quoted for 8k for my ITR under my name. I'm 23 with zero points.
This is why I am getting rid of my car. I cann't afford 8k a year just for insurance.
Jersey Auto Insurance sucks.

yeah but tell them your little insurance story...

$222/month here. 26 yrs/old with 2 speeding tickets (almost off record) and 1 motorcycle wreck from a hit and run that my insurance had to pay for (so of course they make me pay, bastards!)

Weeell, my insurance carrier, which shall remain anonymous, didn't have the Type R listed in its "book." So, my agent asks me to describe my car so she can give me a comparable rate. I pointed out that my pos has cloth seats, not leather. No sunroof (not even an option!) A/C was optional on the earlier models. Hell, Acura even pinched a nickel on the sound deadening!! Well, the most comparable rate we found was the Integra LS, which seemed reasonable to me.
