Default evaluate Miller Maxstar 150 STL TIG

I have little experience and not completely sure of all the terminology. I want to be able to weld stainless manifolds less up to 3/16 and alum. up to 3/16 would this be a good welder to start. Not trying to start a shop just want to do my own design. any other options let me know thanks.

This welder doesnt have an AC output which is generally thought to be the standard for aluminum tig.

Although you can tig aluminum with DC output, it isnt very user friendly and difficult to get right.
