Default AC problems

Im working on a 96 accord 4cylinder with ac problems. I replaced the 2 long hard lines with have the high and low valve on them, also replaced the evaporator and compressor. Also replaced o rings on the front of the condenser. After all this i see no leaks(i have dyed the system). But after a few days the ac system just doesnt cool like it should. I charged it sat. morning and ran the car for around 4 hours and the compressor would cycle at 43.8. So this morning i started the car again and it quickly cooled to 43.8 so i figured problem fixed. I tested it one more time around noon and after about 5 minutes only cooled to 67 degrees. and after about 15 minutes i finally got to 43.8. I know its hotter out side but should it really take this long? I have been over this thing tons of times looking for any kind of leak but cannot see any dye leaks.

Is your belt making noise? How tight is it ? That actually sounds fairly normal.

No belt noise. I'm pretty sure after a few days I will have no ac. This car is throwing me for a loop and I've run out of ideas.

My ac takes longer to cool from a startup if it's at idle than if I drive it. I think that has to do with the faster rpm's turning the compressor faster, but maybe not.

Have you thought about taking to an A/C shop to properly get the problem diagnosed?
