B16A & B18C TODA Adjustable Campulley

TODA Racing campulleys allow precise tuning of camshaft timing. Adjustable campulleys are essential when using TODA camshafts or any non-stock performance camshaft. TODA campulleys are made completely from 7075 aluminum, a higher grade of aluminum than what our competition use. The use of 7075 aluminum allows TODA Racing to offer the strongest and lightest campulley on the market. In addition, our advanced timing degree system makes TODA campulleys the most accurate on the market. For long term durability the timing marks are machined into the metal.

B16A & B18C TODA Valvetrain

TODA valve springs allow maximum lift while preventing valve float which can occur under high rpm, high lift conditions. Their specific spring rates prevents damage to TODA camshafts which may occur as a result of using valve springs that are too stiff. Valve springs which are too stiff may also put additional stress on the timing belt.
EGG-SHAPED SECTION springs are used to achieve the high lifts required safely. Lift 12.5mm Max. Variable pitch spring. Compared to conventional designs, The Egg Shape Valve Spring design allows 20% more valve lift with a 15% reduction in weight.

TODA B16A & B18C Oil Pump Gear

Made from high spec material and machined by CNC, to give you improved high-speed reliability. Standard Honda oil pumps are made from sintered alloy, this is fine for standard use, but for high performance applications, reliability is questionable.
Two size oil pump gears are available (ø80mm or ø84mm). To determine which size TODA Oil Pump Gear is compatible with your engine, you will need to remove and measure your factory oil pump gear.

TODA clutch kits include a TODA lightweight flywheel, clutch disc, and pressure plate. The entire assembly is balanced on a dynamic balancer to ensure reliable high rpm operation.

TODA B16A & B18C Timing Belt


An important component that's often overlooked when building high power engines is the timing belt. A broken timing belt can result in bent valves, and in extreme cases, complete engine damage. The TODA timing belt is 200% stronger than the stock timing belt and is designed to protect your engine and improve its performance and consistency. Engine performance is improved by eliminating belt stretch which occurs at high rpms, resulting in inconsistent cam timing and power output. TODA K20 Valvetrain

After extensive testing of the K20A engine, our engineers found that single valve springs made of high grade materials out perform the conventional dual spring design of the factory cylinder head. Allows valve lifts of up to 13.0mm, the material and the coil springs natural frequency have all been optimized. Required for use with TODA K20A camshafts.

TODA K20 & K24 Timing Chain Tensioner

An important component that's often overlooked when building high power K20A engines is the Timing Chain & Timing Chain Tensioner. The additional stress placed on the factory K20A Timing Chain Tensioner while employing high-lift camshafts can lead to Tensioner failure, and ultimtely engine damage. TODA's K20A Heavy Duty Chain Tensioner addresses the weak point of the factory tensioner, being the compensator.

TODA F20C/F22C Adjustable Cam Pulleys

Accurate valve timing is essential in any high performance or racing application. TODA Racing adjustable campulleys are designed to enable you to extract maximum performance from your F20/22C engine.
Re-designing the F20C cam gears from two to three sections, TODA Racing has been able to keep the original scissors mechanism (noise reduction) and incorporate adjustability into the cam gears.
The adjustment can be carried out to 1 deg of the crank angle.

TODA F20C/F22C Heavy Duty Chain Tensioner

To maintain correct tension and to overcome the oil pressure auto tensioner's weak-point, preventing the valve timing slipping under engine braking. Work with heads that have up 1mm shaved off the deck face. Recommend to use with TODA Heavy Duty Chain.

Toda F20C/F22C Exhaust Manifold

TODA Racing currently offers 2 versions of the S2000 exhaust manifold. The Standard version is designed to improve power through out the entire powerband, with a focus on high-end power. This version is recommended for competition use where the engine operates mainly in the high rpm range.
A new version dubbed the "Torquie-kun" is designed to boost midrange torque and power even further, with only a minor loss in high-end power compared to the Standard TODA exhaust manifold. Both versions are constructed entirely from high grade stainless steel for long term durability and lightweight construction.
