Default HELP! 2002 Accord stalling

I just got this car yesterday for my wife and now it keep stalling.

It will only stall when at idle or very low speed, no while accelerating or freeway.

At the same time the stalling started the tach also stopped working.

No check engine light!

So far I have:

Taken off the dizzy cap off and cleaned it out (it wasnt dirty at all)
Removed the plugs and inspected, they are in good shape
Removed the O2 sensor and cleaned

Any ideas???? THANKS IN ADVANCE, I need HELP!!!

Well I hope you got a good deal on it......

When it dies, does it restart right away? If so, when it dies, what lights are on, on the dash? (key switch)

If not, see what is missing (I'm going with spark). ICM or coil.

TEST before replacing.

For future ref, cleaning O2 sensors is not something I would do...but that is me.

LOL @ cleaning the O2 sensor. That is like cleaning the muffler. (waste of time).

O2 sensors are very sensitive. You should just replace it if it's old. cleaning it could be worse than not touching it.

Pay attention to the dash when it stalls and the tach dies. You want to look for dash lights flickering or going dark. If you see that crazy stuff then you need to look into the ignition switch. Also, when you apply a load to the vehicle (turn a/c on, headlights, rear defroster) does the idle pick up accordingly? If not, you will want to pull of the IAC valve and check the screen for clogging.
