Default d15b7 Harmonic balancer

I have a D15b sitting out back with a three belt harmonic ballancer pulley on it which I'd like to get off. It's getting a bit too hot not to have AC. The catch is that there is no flywheel attached to it so I have little the wedge against to prevent the motor from turning over. Any suggestions on getting this thing off? I really don't care what happens to the motor.

Do you have a strong impact wrench? If so, use it after you soak the crank pulley bolt in PB Blaster for a few hours.
