why isnt the vtec pressure switch bypass trick working for me??

Default why isnt the vtec pressure switch bypass trick working for me??

searched the internet for hours and seems like it works for EVERYBODY exept ME!

i have a broken vtec oil pressure switch and i need to bypass it. ive tried connecting d6 to a4 then to selinoid and ive tried grounding d6, also ran all new wiring and still code 22.

Why don't you just replace the broken switch?

You spend like 20 to 30 bucks on gas I am sure oyu can afford the switch or get a used one.

The question isnt where or how much the switch is or whether or not I can afford it. The question is why isnt the bypass working for me. And yes the wiring is correct and yes I did perform it.correctly

if it didn't "fix" your problem bypassing, do you think the pressure switch was bad to begin with?...I think not
