Default Help with Power Windows Motor...

My 1996 Honda Accord's front driver side window has been slowly dying for the past several months. It goes down just fine, but would very slowly go up and as of yesterday will not go up at all. This is an issue because it rains a lot in Portland.

My question is does that sounds like the window motor or possibly the window motor regulator or something else entirely. I do not consider myself particularly a car person, but I do consider myself to be somewhat intelligent. On a scale of 1-10 how hard of job does this sound like it would be to fix? Thanks for any and all help you can offer.

Switch, motor or run channels could all be in play here. Testing the switch, motor and "lubbing" the channels will be the only way to tell.
