That is my favorite FWD race car of all time.

 

i was actually talking with steph about this car in wall, nj at the formula d event. Good memories

 

I remember that day, I was 16 when that took place. I was just got into the import scene and my first car a 92 nissan nx1600 was that same color as that car. I remember seeing that everywhere. Definitely a big moment in history. Hell im still chasing 9's and its 12 years later. But im doing it with a chassis other than a honda. Trying to be the fastest se-r out there is not easy and a long road for sure. Its getting close though. At least we now have many many options of engine management now.

Hell i remember back then when most of the honda boys that just threw a turbo on their D series or B series would use an FMU as their form of engine management. lol. Then wonder why it blew up. How times have changed and changed for the better.

Great article tony and cant wait to see whats the next story will be.

 

I was there to watch history in the making thats when racing was racing it was all about going as fast as possible nowadays thats all gone.

 

There were no " haters " back then

 

Thanks for doing this Tony. Looking forward to seeing all you want to show us. I began watching this FWD drag racing thing about 2004 when Ryan showed me what you guy's were doing and we began to change over from just body kit and paint to some real fun.

Thanks again for all the help and guidance you gave us.

Nice article and video! It's great to see the the two innovators in action. That day was a major milestone in FWD drag racing.

 

Yeah i feel the same way about the front your selling, But you dont want to sell it.
