I have a 1996 Honda Civic Ex, the window will only roll up and down when the door is all the way open, I am trying to find out if this is possibly the plug or something or maybe it is the regulator in the door? I have tried to search, but couldn't find what I was looking for, I have had this car since April and have been trying to figure this out since I have it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

When what door is all the way open, driver door open trying to open the same window or the passenger window need more info

 

Lol, forgot to put that it is the driver side window. I have to open my driver side door all the way to get the driver side window to roll down. When the door is closed I can roll the passenger side window down from my panel and everything.

 

You may have a broken wire in the door harness where it passes between the cabin and door.
