Helping out.... How do set it.... vacuum advance plugged or not.... I turned it all the way and still short of seeing the mark red aligned, and not too what the marks indicate, 1 red line surrounded by 2 punched line on the flywheel in the window between engine and transmission.

This is an FI with auto, 1.8L

Found the manual, you need to plug the vacuum hose(s) at the distributor, you can then see the timing mark in the window. Some year do not require plugging the hose...
