i have 1996 civic it runs fine tell i shut it off and try to start it back up it seems to be flooding i can take the plugs out dry them off and it will start again seems to have to sit for about 30 min before it does this i am stumped and my freinds that work on them for money every day are stumped to it does this randomly not every time some times it works fine it has a cold air intake and a header the secondary 02 sensor is not hooked up but it started up fine for about 1 year than one day it started ideling funny when i was sitting there idlel problem is fixed but it stiil floods on random
