cr-z good or bad to buy
They haven't been around long enough to state opinions on them. It usually takes 5-10 years to determine anything as far as reliability. From what I have heard, people love everything about them. I have a neighbor that has one, and he has no complaints at all.
Or make your own turbo kit, make more power and get to choose your tuning software.
And/or this.

there won't be a turbo version....
even honda stated that if they do something it will be higher compression engine to get more power.
and that probably won't be until 2013 or 2014.
I love my CRZ. check out crzforum.com it has a ton of info more than here.

it has bad reviews, as far as "sport driving". people say its compfy, and its an ease to drive.
People say you DONT feel that "Connected" feeling while driving, compared to other Hondas. Honda is following the U.S. rules and pushing hybrids on us. it will never be the same.

IMHO this car would be a great buy for you pnut69me, sporty yet hybridy this is the perfect combinations. The lines on this car remind me a bit of my 09 odyssey, also i drove my driends crz and it was very fast (mind you he put some prius parts on it or something to make it faster torquier in hybrid mode, not sure what parts i think ECU or TCU something chips ill ask him next time but it was VERY fast in 1st gear between 4k and 9k rpm with rev limitier removed.
I was thinking of buying one a while back to replace my Del Sol. Figured I would get something with more room.
I left with my Del Sol. Not saying it's bad but I didn't like it. Diferent strokes for different folks though. Best thing to do is drive one yourself and see if you like it.

lol at engrish OP.
As others have mentioned it's not fast, or sporty... they're actually slower and get worse gas mileage than my 94 CX lol. But they're probably a hell of a lot safer. $20k safer? I dunno.

i had a 94 cx when i was younger ,car was slow as dirt , rolling the windows up and down manually made me feel like i was in the stone age , mine had no power steering so it's good for racing about 5 times a year but daily driving and parking ,it really made it a lame car .
idk the cr-z looks fun with all the new toys and i think the mpg on average is 40 mpg under econ mode ,epa rating is under normal mode and is always whack .
remember it's a "sporty car" and not a "sport car" .
professional reviews= cr-z is ok needs more power and better mpg because I'm a gear head 24/7 and like to compare cr-z mpg to the prius and civic hybrid all day long.
people's reviews= great fun car for everyday life ,average 34 to 40 mpg is way better than my old 17 to 23 mpg non-hybrid car in the past , honda has followed the market and has done it again
